Thonhart's Estates & Housing provide comprehensive services to suit your housing needs. From housing design commission to estate brokerage, we strive to make your dream home a reality.

We normally take a commission in JP worlds, but we're willing to make an alt. Please get in touch and if your design piques our interest arrangements can be made to accommodate clients in other worlds.

1 For standard service, we do not provide a timeframe to complete the commission.
2 For priority service, subject to availability, we will estimate the time to complete your build. This is usually a minimum of 7 Days (S/M) or 14 Days (L), but will vary depending on the complexity of the build. THIS IS HOWEVER NOT A GUARANTEE.
In most cases, a standard service is recommended. Only choose Priority service if you require a specific deadline. Note that we cannot guarantee the date even for priority service, but we will strife our best to adhere to the timeline provided.


What do I have to pay for a commission?

  • The service fee above does not include the furniture cost. You will pay Housing Commission fee + Furniture Deposit fee upfront before the commission commences. Furniture Deposit fee is listed In the table below.

  • Upon completion, any unspent furniture deposit will be returned to you.

  • You may be required to provide any non-marketboard items (e.g. Item from Wolf Mark, Gold saucer MGP, Doman enclave, Bozja, Script, seasonal items, or others).

  • Please Read the full Housing Commission Terms Carefully before commissioning for service.

  • We accept payment in gil only.

Estates Brokerage

Thonhart's Estates & Housing offers Free company & FC Plot purchase. Please get in touch with us for more information.

Remarks
Per the game guideline, any transfer of FC & its estates are subjected to a 30-days waiting period. You can enter and use the property, as well as change the FC name during this waiting period, but the ownership of the FC cannot be transferred until the waiting period has lapsed.
